How often do we move through our busy lives carrying so much inside us—feelings, thoughts, memories, worries, hopes and dreams?

Art, Colors & Happy Hearts is a joyful, guided art experience that creates a little space to pause, connect with ourselves and express what may be difficult to process.

Through simple creative prompts, colors and intuitive art-making, participants will explore what they are holding in their hearts, what they may want to release, and what feelings they would love to carry forward.

Through colors, shapes, flowers and intuitive art-making, each participant creates a personal Garden of the Heart—a colorful visual representation of the feelings, qualities and experiences they want to grow in their lives.

There is no need to be an artist and no “right” way to create. This is not about making perfect art. It is about pausing, feeling, expressing and enjoying the simple joy of creating.

Participants leave with their own colorful piece of art—and a beautiful visual reminder of the feelings they choose to nurture and grow within themselves.
