Join us for the 2026 “Lakesgiving” celebration at Hyatt Regency Lake Washington!

The “Lakesgiving” buffet will offer several starter dishes including a soup station with pumpkin, lobster, and tomato basil bisques, as well as gourmet salad selections. A seafood bar will feature poached shrimp and ahi tuna shooters, and a grazing table will showcase a variety of local cheeses, cured meats, marinated and grilled vegetables, and olives.

It will also showcase carving station with black garlic butter-basted prime rib, brown sugar-chipotle-glazed ham, and a herb butter-basted turkey. Side dishes will include maple-Dijon roasted carrots, smoked gouda and chive whipped potatoes, and sweet potato casserole topped with pecan and brown sugar streusel.

The “Lakesgiving” desserts include mini pumpkin pies with caramel whipped cream, pecan pie cupcakes, chocolate cake, cranberry panna cotta, and cheesecake mousse. Additionally, a dedicated children’s buffet will feature cheese and pepperoni pizza, macaroni and cheese, chicken tenders, French fries, and more.
