About this event
Unleash the peach! Back by popular demand, this power-hour dance class focusses on all-things derrière’. Develop the basics of booty-dance and twerk isolations through high-energy mini drills and choreography. Kneepads required. Shorts (as short as you want!) or loose pants highly encouraged. Leggings & other tight-fitting garments tend to diminish the effects of isolations. Above all else, wear what you feel most confident moving in. Suitable for all-levels.
