For Listening Purpose

About this event

Created and hosted by YOHINESS , For Listening Purpose is an intimate music conversation and performance series exploring the records, stories, and influences that shape an artist’s sound.

Each session invites guests to listen alongside a featured artist as they share meaningful records from their catalog, opening the door to conversations about creativity, culture, personal experiences, and the stories behind the music. Through shared listening, live conversation, audience Q&A, and intimate performances, the series creates space for a deeper connection between artists, their work, and the community.

Set within the Nature Library at Populus Seattle, For Listening Purpose offers a more intentional way to experience music: not just as something to hear, but as a story to discover.
