Join the City of Federal Way Environmental Services in this FREE winter food waste reduction workshop! Turn food scraps into healthy dishes, learn how to use local in-season produce in full, and maximize your produce longevity. All participants will participate in food prep demos and leave with recipes to use at home. All ages welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult to assist with food handling.
