This workshop will focus on strategies and resources to navigate the stress of job searching and ways to maintain mental wellbeing throughout your career planning . We'll cover resour ces available to students to reduce the stress in job searching and practical career developmental skills (i.e., resumes/cover letters, interv iew prep, etc.). Then provide and practice helpful mental health wellness strategies to support wellbeing during the job-hunting period and into the workplace.
