Welcome to Quilt (Day) Camp!

We thought it would be fun to spend part of Quilt Camp as a chapter like a classic day camp! Join us on Saturday for the first day as we as we learn and create together. Zoom sessions will be on the big screen so don’t worry about missing out on any of the scheduled programming. I know it’s going to be an early start here in the Pacific time zone, so don’t feel like you have to attend for the entire day. If you’re not a natural early bird (I’m definitely not) you can join us when you want.

We will have our classroom machines all threaded up (with either white or grey thread) and available for use however there are only six of them. If you would like to bring your own machine, please let me know and I will ensure that there is space for it. Ironing and cutting stations will be set up for group use.

There are two options at signup.

Please remember if you would like the badges, stickers and labels you will need to register by October 23rd!

Don’t care about badges or labels? The “w/out Badges” option is for you. This option will also be available for sign ups until 12:00 am on November 7th.

I highly encourage you to look at the pennant and tote patterns before camp to choose your supplies and cut your fabric out ahead of time to avoid everyone needing the cutting station first thing in the morning.

If you CAN’T attend (Day) Camp and still want the swag bag, email me at erin@pacificfabrics.com by October 23rd.

Camp snacks will be available throughout the day to keep us fueled during a fun day of creating and socializing. There will be a build your own trail mix bar so everyone will get to create their own private blend. Members have expressed interest in bringing treats to share potluck style, so please comment on the event page in the Circle app if you have any dietary restrictions as we do have some members who can’t have gluten, dairy, etc. so please mention any food allergies, especially if they are severe. Once you have decided what you are bringing, please comment what that is so we don’t all bring the same thing. Day of we will label our food if it contains any mentioned group allergens.

Please note our elevator isn’t available on Saturdays.
