Adult Mix Level Silks

About this event

If you’ve always wanted to run away with the circus, but weren’t sure where to start, this class is for you! First time and beginner adult participants are encouraged to elevate their fitness through fundamental aerial skills, including footlocks, inversions, spins, and methods of climbing, working their way up the fabric and through the beginner curriculum in an accessible, progressive way. If you are more advanced and have taken silks before we will gear the class more towards your level as we have two rig points. One will be used form ore beginner and one will be used for more intermediate.
