In this relaxed, beginner-friendly experience, you’ll learn what hypnosis is (and what it isn’t), experience hypnosis for yourself, and learn a simple self-hypnosis practice you can continue using at home. We’ll explore:

• How to create positive suggestions for yourself

• A simple self-hypnosis technique

• Ways to use self-hypnosis in everyday life
