About this event

Aerial Sling Flow will have you spinning, moving in and out of the hammock, and dancing in the air! In this class we build on your foundational hammock knowledge and start building longer sequences and choreography. Leggings required and long sleeve shirt recommended. No metal (jewelry, zippers, etc) or anything that can snag on the hammocks. These are not beginner level classes. We recommend having either 6 months of Lyra or Aerial Yoga experience to get the most out of this class.
