You've mastered your piroutettes and fireman spins, and have started to venture upside down. In this class we will focus on mastering inverts and leg hangs and begin bringing tricks together into combinations up the pole. PLEASE CAREFULLY READ REQUIRED PREREQUISITES BEFORE BOOKING: Hold a full bracket/spit grip (pencil) for 3 seconds on each side; climb to 12 ft both sides with good form; Jasmine to outside leg hang; unassisted cross-knee layback.
