About this event

(By Registration Only) Express It! is a supportive, creative art-journaling group that encourages self-expression, connection, and personal growth. Through guided prompts and creative activities, participants will have opportunities to explore their emotions, experiences, identities, and strengths in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. No artistic experience is needed—just come as you are and let your creativity flow!

PLEASE NOTE: To help us create a consistent, connected space where participants can grow together, we ask that those interested sign up in advance and plan to attend regularly. - Each registered participant will receive their own guided art journal, free of charge.
