WHAT/WHERE: In-Person Monthly Meetings at the 350S Office (600 1st Ave)

WHEN: 4th Mondays - 5:30 - 7:30pm (Includes Working Dinner)

Purpose Statement

Whether folks fill out a form on our website, are initially passersby during a community tabling, or have been in a 350S team for some time, the BaSE (Belonging and Sustained Engagement) team serves as the hub for welcoming, sustaining , and retaining volunteers and community members into the 350 Seattle ecosystem and growing their leadership. We work together to ensure the new volunteer experience is consistent and supported - whether folks fill out a form on our website, come to an event, meet us while tabling or plug in directly with a 350S team. Our team integrates the Welcome team (doing 1-1s with new volunteers), the Tabling team (recruiting folks out in the world) and the CCN planning crew (hosting our monthly potluck and new volunteer orientation).
