About this event
We will park on the hill leading into the Mildred Street entrance of Pt Defiance Park (this is also the rear entry for SAMI). From there we will connect with the blue loop in the park.
Our route is just over 4 miles with approximately 360 feet of elevation gain. We welcome runners of all experience levels and paces in this no drop group run. We do ask that our participants bring a headlamp or waistlamp for safety.
We will provide seltzer waters following the run to all of those who attend.
Listed by Trail Therapy Running (Wix Events), gathered by the Tacoma events calendar.
