About this event

The Sacred Soul: A Monthly Women’s Gathering- Holding Space for the Wisdom Within

Welcome Sister! I am so glad you are here and looking to connect! Here is a bit more about the circle

Each gathering begins and ends with a grounding ritual to help you settle into your body and set a meaningful intention. We’ll flow into Soulful Sharing and Discussion, where participants are invited (never pressured) to share from the heart. Through Sacred Witnessing , we hold space for each other without judgment or fixing—just presence and deep listening. Each month will feature a new theme to inspire reflection and conversation. Some themes might include nervous system work, self-love, boundaries, intuition, seasonal rhythms, energetic alignment, and chakra work. We shall see what we are called to!

You’ll enjoy herbal teas and light refreshments , as well as moments of quiet, connection, and community building. Whether you come seeking support, sisterhood, spiritual insight, or simply time to rest and be, this circle is here for you.

This is not a therapy group or trauma processing circle , but rather a sacred space for soul nourishment, playful exploration, and shared humanity.

What You Can Expect:

• Opening & Closing Rituals (This might include light breathwork, meditation, card pulls, sound, we will mix it up each time or combine some!)

• Intention Setting + Grounding

• Themed Soulful Sharing & Sacred Witnessing

• Tea + Light Nourishment

• Heartfelt Connection + Community
