About this event
This is a beginner pole flowography class. In this class we will work on movements around the pole and on the ground in heels or bare feet. This is a choreography class as well so you will learn how to put moves together and work on musicality with movement. Please come with knee pads however heels optional until you feel comfortable. Make sure they are heels with a platform and not high heels.
