About this event

Come to this information session to learn about the Truman Scholarship, which awards merit-based scholarships to college students in their junior year who plan to pursue careers in government or elsewhere in public service. Truman Scholars receive up to $30,000 for graduate or professional school, participate in leadership development activities, and have special opportunities for internships and employment with the federal government. During this session, we will cover what the Truman Scholarship is, the UW Nomination Process (which is required), and how to think about your leadership and committment to public service.

Please register for the information session here .
