Community Class - Beginner Acro Chair

Take your first steps into the world of chair acrobatics! This class is designed for students with beginner to low-intermediate experience who want to build a solid foundation in chair acro and performance. You'll learn how to balance, transition, and execute dynamic tricks with the chair as your dance partner. We’ll focus on developing strength, fluidity, and confidence in chair-based movement, with an emphasis on combining acrobatics and dance for performance. Recommended Prerequisites: Students should have experience with beginner floorwork classes and be comfortable with forward and backward shoulder rolls. Familiarity with assisted shoulder stands is highly encouraged. This Community Class is intended to increase access to pole and aerial arts for those experiencing financial hardship.
