About this event

This intermediate level class is for those who can mount and dismount comfortably without instructor assistance, and can connect multiple foundational upright poses with ease. Conditioning intensifies in this class as we ramp up for span set work and introduce spinning to our practice.This class will assist in increasing your repertoire of aerial poses and transitions. At this level, in addition to instructor-led combos, you are also expected to build your own mini-sequences. Discover interesting shapes, poses, and combine them your way as you get more comfortable with this apparatus. Prerequisites: Comfortable mounting the apparatus 3 different ways to a sit Dismounting without using momentum Solid double knee and hip hang Front balance, hands can touch Lyra but not push weight on it Comfortable with stringing together 3-4 basic poses
