The Elements | Men’s Spiritual Circle A weekly men’s circle for grounding, growth, and real brotherhood. Cleansing | Sharing | Connecting The Elements is a space where men come together to strengthen the inner foundation—through presence, truth, and spiritual practice—so growth isn’t just “talk,” it’s embodied. Each week we work with the core elemental energies:

• Fire — courage, direction, clean aggression, aliveness

• Water — feeling, grief, intimacy, emotional sovereignty

• Air — breath, clarity, communication, truth

• Earth — grounding, discipline, structure, integrity

This is not a performance space. It’s a place to put the mask down, get honest, and be met by other men who are doing the work. What to expect: ritual + reflection, grounded sharing, spiritual leadership, and community accountability. Who it’s for: men ready to evolve—emotionally, relationally, and spiritually.
