About this event
@
For more than 20 years, our celebration has brought together artists, community organizations, schools, families, and advocates to honor those who have passed and to share the cultures, traditions, and stories that continue to inspire us.
This year’s theme, Raíces que Nos Unen (Roots That Unite Us), invites each participating organization to honor the people, histories, traditions, and values that have shaped its work. Together, the ofrendas will form a collective tribute connected through memory, resilience, dignity, hope, and our shared humanity.
The Ofrenda Exhibit is open from Monday, November 2nd until Friday, November 20th from 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Friday and Saturdays (Nov 7th & 14th) from 11:00AM – 5:00 PM, in the historic El Centro de la Raza building at 2524 16th Ave S, Seattle, WA 98144 on the 3rd floor. It features over 25 ofrendas created by community groups, non-profit organizations, and individuals.
