Welcome to the Rider Fitness Academy! Congratulations on taking the next step in becoming a stronger, more balanced, and more confident rider.

Whether your goal is to enjoy trail riding, compete in dressage or jumping, improve your equitation, or simply become a better partner for your horse, this program is designed to help you reach your goals.

At Morris's Shadow Mountain Stables, we believe that great riding begins with the rider. Horses naturally seek balance, rhythm, and clear communication. The more athletic and balanced you become, the easier it is for your horse to understand your aids and move freely beneath you.

Unlike a traditional riding lesson, the Rider Fitness Academy focuses first on developing you. Through a combination of strength training, mobility exercises, balance work, and mounted practice, you'll learn how your own body influences every stride your horse takes.

Throughout this eight-week program, you'll discover that small improvements in your posture, flexibility, coordination, and fitness can make a remarkable difference in your riding.

By the end of the course, you won't just be a stronger athlete—you'll be a more effective horseman.

The cost of this course is $800. It is 8 sessions once a week. You can sign up for the first session and pay as you go or pay the whole amount at your first session. This will also include a workbook, that will be e- mailed to you upon sign up.
