As the days grow shorter, heading outdoors can feel harder. But gathering with others in the daylight among the trees and the water is a grounding practice that can help us live through the cooler season with intention. Take a break from life’s pressures and join us for this late fall walk at the beautiful Wapato Park. We will listen to the trees, pay attention to the many native plants around us, breathe in together and reflect by the lake.

Make sure to check the forecast. Bring layers, comfortable shoes, water, and anything else you need to be comfortable. We hold our walks rain or shine. If in doubt, please check our social media and website calendar for updates.

This walk will be offered in Spanish and English thanks to our partner Claudia Linares from Girasol Counseling.

Listed by Tacoma Tree Foundation (Squarespace), gathered by the Tacoma events calendar.
