Looking to build confidence in social situations and develop friendships? Our Adult PEERS® group helps participants strengthen conversation skills, navigate social situations, and build meaningful connections through interactive lessons and hands-on practice.
No pre-registration required! Simply show up, ask for Behavior Bridges, and we will get you signed up. You can join at any time and attend whichever lessons interest you. There is no need to attend every session!
