Lyra L1/2

About this event

This class is for those who are more comfortable with the lyra, can mount and dismount comfortably on their own, and have basic upright poses they can transition easily to and from. If you usually go to Lyra 1 and feel like you want an extra challenge, this is the class for you. Lyra 2 folks are welcome as you will still have variations that will challenge you. Conditioning intensifies in this class and you’ll increase your repertoire of aerial poses and transitions. Spanset work and the introduction of spin are seen at this level. Discover interesting shapes, poses, and combine them your way as you get more comfortable with our magical hoop!
