Business Roundtable Conversation Group

About this event

A structured yet open business conversation about whatever is on your mind. The meeting format leverages the expertise and needs of those who attend, making it as relevant and practical as possible. The conversation provides a safe space to discuss topics, gather feedback, explore ideas, and learn from one another. Participants gather, set an agenda, and begin time-limited discussions.

Why it works:

• Voices are heard, even if their topics are not chosen.

• Silent topic writing helps prevent the influence of others' ideas.

• Just-In-Time commitment. Regular check-ins ensure everyone is heard, keep the conversation focused, and show that your knowledge and expertise are valued.

Facilitation:

Everyone’s role is to facilitate participation so that everyone leaves with fresh insights.
