About this event
This class is for those who can comfortably tie single- and double- figure-8 footlocks on their own. You must be able to string together a couple of your Russian and French/Standard climbs going up and know how to descend safely as well. We’ll be continuing to condition our grip strength and endurance while working on our inverts! We’ll also be learning other fun skills and techniques.
