We’ll be talking about a publication, American Cookery (1796), which has been designated as one of 88 “Books That Shaped America.” As always, Keith & Kathleen have brought to life what it was like in the 1700’s, showing us, how, just like today, food was always in the forefront of interest for many people.

In the wake of the American Revolution, a culinary style formed that would set the standard for American cooking.
