About this event

Songs In The Key of Life is a peer lead group based around listening to and discussing music. Together we will listen to and discuss music and the artists that create them. Through the group we hope to introduce each other to new artists and discuss the emotions and experiences that they elicit. Music is one of the best and most simple ways to improve one’s mood, feel seen and understood and comforted. This group is available in person—drop in however feels right for you! For adults (18+).
