Tuesday, Dec. 09 Tacoma City Council approved a resolution that designates Split, Croatia as its newest Sister City, ending the previous partnership with Hvar.
Mayor Victoria Woodards said the move strengthens cultural ties for residents with deep roots in Croatia.
