The longest government shutdown ended but air travel at SEA remains disrupted.
At 5 a.m. Thursday, officials reported 64 cancellations and nine delays—FAA said that a 6% flight reduction and staffing issues from delayed back pay and retirements are slowing the return to normal operations.
