  • The Tacoma City Council seeks volunteers for seven positions on the TCRA Board to support community redevelopment efforts, with applications due by November 24, 2024.  City of Tacoma
  • Eastbound lanes of State Route 16 near the Tacoma Narrows Bridge will be rerouted through the toll booth plaza for construction from October 28 to November 1, with minimal expected impact on drivers.  KIRO 7

ACCIDENTS NEWS

  • A 20-year-old pedestrian was fatally struck by a DUI driver on the I-5 express lanes, with the driver being arrested for vehicular homicide.  KOMO News
