- ➤ Washington’s minimum wage will rise 2.8% to $17.13 per hour on Jan. 1 as L&I adjusts the rate based on inflation. This increase means that from 2026, young workers will be paid 85% of the new rate and overtime thresholds will shift—affecting both employees and employers. FOX 13
