Tacoma’s City teams up with community groups for a citywide cleanup event on Saturday, Sept.

Wild Waves shut down on Labor Day after nearly 50 seasons, joining other water parks in Washington that have closed in recent years.

Senator Patty Murray toured Harborview Medical Center Tuesday and discussed how OBBBA policies led to over 50,000 residents losing Medicaid coverage and risked cuts at 22 hospitals.
State officials said providers may lose $662 million in Medicaid revenue each year (with rural hospitals especially vulnerable).
