Everything Sprouts, LLC issued a recall last Friday for its alfalfa sprouts and sprout mixes after the CDC linked them to E. coli and Salmonella outbreaks causing 55 illnesses in 15 states (including cases in Washington).
Consumers should discard any affected products and sanitize surfaces that came in contact with them.
