A 25-year-old man accused of fatally shooting a couple in a Tacoma hospital pleaded not guilty on August 11, and police are investigating the incident.

The trial for the attempted murder of a man accused of randomly attacking a woman—on a trail at Tacoma’s Point Defiance Park last year—is nearing its conclusion.

Tacoma author Matt Kracht, known for his popular series that show his dislike for birds, joined Good Day Seattle yesterday to discuss his new book A Dumb Bird's Field Guide to the Worst Birds Ever.
