On August 8th, Bad Dog Distillery, open for nearly 11 years, hosted a tasting of its spirits — giving local guests a chance to explore its unique lineup.

Tacoma police arrested a 25-year-old man on Friday in connection with a fatal shooting that took place Wednesday just after 7 p.m. at Allenmore Hospital on South Union Street — one victim was pronounced dead and police said the incident began after an altercation at another location.
