- ➤ Pierce County deputies arrested two masked teens speeding in a stolen car in Parkland on Saturday at about 4 a.m.—the driver and a passenger were taken into juvenile detention when they fled after the stop, while a third teen remains at large. KOMO News
- ➤ Connor Jon Lacktorin, a 32-year-old registered sex offender from Renton, now faces ten felony charges for cutting utility wires that caused tens of thousands in damage and for stealing and reselling scrap copper to a Tacoma business—charges that follow investigations into similar thefts in Bellevue and Renton.
