- ➤ Sedric Stevenson, the fugitive who escaped custody at Sea-Tac on May 4, has been returned to Kentucky and booked into jail as law enforcement coordinated a secure transfer — a selfie with Sheriff Hightower captured Stevenson smiling from his airplane window seat — after 21 hours of travel. - ➤ Governor Bob Ferguson awarded a project to a Florida shipyard to build three new hybrid ferries aimed at easing delays and unreliable sailings in Washington’s largest ferry system — which currently operates 21 ferries — and they will be delivered in 2029. FOX 13
