- ➤ Willie James McCoo, Jr. — a 55-year-old with a long criminal record whose sentence was reduced under the Blake decision — is held on suspicion of first-degree murder after his girlfriend Kiara Sewell from Tacoma was killed in a north Seattle apartment on June 10 and police set his bail at $4 million.
