On Tuesday, police arrested a 16-year-old as the second teen linked to a shooting that killed a man on Feb.

Authorities arrested Nicholas Miller (26) in Tacoma’s Salishan area after an argument over a social media post led him to shoot two people at a local smoke shop on Sunday evening (he faces charges of first-degree murder, attempted murder, assault and unlawful possession of a firearm).

Detectives are investigating a homicide that occurred at Coventry Court Apartments in the 1000 block of 76th St Ct E in unincorporated Pierce County near Tacoma—Pierce County Sheriff's Office first posted the report at 6:40 a.m. on March 25—and the case remains open.

The City Council passed a motion on April 29 to nominate deputy city manager Hyun Kim as interim city manager; his term is set to begin on June 30 — and will end when a permanent manager is appointed or he is removed by the council.
