Body camera footage from March 15 showed Pierce County deputies struggling with an intoxicated passenger during a DUI arrest after a crash near 352nd Street East and Eatonville Cutoff Road East injured a 62-year-old man, and officers arrested the passenger for obstruction and the driver for vehicular assault and DUI as they increased patrols for Saint Patrick's Day—aiming to prevent more serious incidents.
