Tacoma’s Museum of Glass will start a capital renovation this year to expand its gallery space and upgrade visitor areas with new lighting and storage (including improved design), and it will debut an exhibit with 175 works by noted glassblower Lino Tagliapietra.

The project will enhance the museum’s cultural role.
