Two rescued cougar cubs, Sullivan and Sienna, will make their public debut tomorrow at Northwest Trek Wildlife Park during its 50th anniversary celebrations. Sullivan was rescued near Spokane in March while Sienna arrived from New Mexico this spring—guests are encouraged to be patient as the cubs adjust to their new outdoor habitat.
The City of Tacoma’s Equity in Contracting team will host a free Small Business Technical Assistance Workshop on July 31 from 3—4:30 p.m. at the Tacoma Municipal Building on 747 Market St. The event will feature expert presentations and Q&A sessions on business financing and technical support.
